Setting goal is relatively easy in comparison to following your goals, because you can have a goal and never follow it. You will learn how to set your goal such a way that you will have to follow it. You will accomplish your goal.
Everything is up to you. So let’s start. You need to get your goal to your subconscious mind. Your goals need to become a habit just like you are brushing your teeth in the morning. Dress certain way is also a habit. Your goal needs to become a habit.
Writing your goal on a sheet of paper in detail is very important. It is important because when you will write your goals, you need to write them in detail, spending time on setting your goal. By spending time on your goal you are programming your subconscious mind for success.
Correct way to write down your goal; By the end of this month on July 1 I will do 100 pushups. Incorrect way to write down your goal; I will do 100 pushups. When you write I will do 100 pushups, you are telling your subconscious mind that some day you will do it, but not right now. You need to set timing, and stay on schedule.
Now you need to learn how to follow your goal. It is also easy to do. Have an index card and write down your goal on that index card. Place index card by your working place so it will be visible for you.
Or better, in your cell phone on the screen type your goal and save it. When you open your phone for use, you will always see your goal. This is a good reminder. The reminder will keep you motivated.
To follow your goal you also have to be committed to it. So tell people around you that you are working on your goal and it will be achieved on the date as scheduled.You have learned how to set and how to follow your goals.
